We match your company with the partner account that fits how you get paid, prepare a complete, bank-ready application, and introduce it through our partner channel, so it doesn't come back asking for a missing letter or a mismatched name.
Every provider makes its own approval decision, and no one can guarantee an account. What we control is a clean, complete application sent to the right provider.
Seven providers, each strong at something different. We tell you which one fits your business, not just which one we like.
Each partner is built for a different kind of business. Here's where each one shines.
Get paid by marketplaces and clients worldwide into receiving accounts in several currencies.
Cross-border collections built for e-commerce sellers bringing money home from global marketplaces.
US-dollar accounts designed for founders in emerging markets who want to hold and move USD.
A global business account for receiving, holding and paying out in multiple currencies.
A B2B payments platform for businesses paying suppliers and partners across borders.
App-based business accounts for small businesses, with invoicing and expense tools built in.
A US business banking app for small businesses and freelancers, with bookkeeping tools included.
Eligibility (which countries, business types and documents are accepted) is set by each provider and changes from time to time. We check it against your situation before you apply, not after a rejection.
Most delays aren't the provider being slow. They're the provider asking for something that should have been in the first submission.
Every round of “please re-upload” adds days. We front-load all of it: the right provider, the right documents and a consistent story from the first page to the last.
Because we're a partner, your application is introduced directly instead of arriving cold, and we handle the provider's follow-up questions with you until there's a decision.
Four steps from “I have an LLC” to a decision on your account.
Where you live, what you sell, and how your clients or marketplaces pay you.
A shortlist of providers that accept your country and suit the way your money moves.
Documents checked, business description written, every detail consistent.
Sent through our partner channel, with follow-up questions handled until there's a decision.
Everything you need to go from “I have an LLC” to an application a partner can approve.
Providers may charge their own account fees. We tell you what to expect before you apply.
Every provider asks for roughly the same package. We help you assemble it once and reuse it.
Articles of Organization or Certificate of Formation from your state.
The IRS CP 575 notice, or a Letter 147C replacement.
A clear colour scan for every owner holding 25% or more.
A recent utility bill or bank statement. An address abroad is fine.
A working website or a clear description of what you sell and who pays you.
Some providers ask for it, so keep a signed copy ready.
No company or EIN yet? We can form your LLC and get your EIN first.
No, and be wary of anyone who says they can. Every provider makes its own decision. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and sent to a provider that accepts businesses like yours, which is where most rejections and delays come from.
Not all of them. Some are banks or bank-backed apps; others are regulated payment and e-money platforms that give you account details for receiving and sending money. We explain exactly what you get with each, so you choose knowing the difference.
No. Our partners onboard remotely, so the whole process happens online: application, identity checks and account setup.
Yes. Providers want your EIN confirmation letter (CP 575, or a Letter 147C replacement), not just the number. If you don't have one yet, our EIN service can get it for you.
It depends on the provider and on your file. Clean applications are often decided within days, while some providers take longer or come back with questions. Having every document ready from the start is the biggest factor you control.
Our US Banking Assistance is a one-time $99. Any account fees are set by the provider, and we tell you what to expect before you apply.
Yes. Many founders use two, for example one for receiving USD from marketplaces and one for multi-currency payouts. We can help you plan which combination makes sense.
Brio is not a bank and does not hold client funds. Accounts are provided by our partners, who make their own eligibility and approval decisions and set their own fees. Tell us about your business. We'll match you with the right partner and prepare an application that's ready the first time.
