You can file an LLC yourself. The state portal is public, the fee is published, and for a straightforward Wyoming filing the paperwork is genuinely not difficult. Plenty of people do it and never need anyone's help.
Where it goes wrong is afterwards, and almost always for the same reason: the system assumes you are American. The bank wants a Social Security number you do not have. The tax form assumes a residency status that does not describe you. The ITIN process asks you to post your only passport to another continent. The annual report arrives in a state you have never visited, in a month nobody told you about.
That gap is the whole reason Brio is here. We are not trying to be the cheapest way to file a form. We are trying to be the people who already know what happens on day ninety, and who pick up the phone when it does.
