If you advise founders, sell to e-commerce operators, or teach people how to build a business, the question comes up constantly. Brio partners refer that work to us and get paid for it, on terms we agree with you in writing before you send anyone.
We review every application by hand. Terms depend on the volume and type of business you can send, so we agree them with you rather than publishing a number.
A person reads every application. Tell us who your audience is and what you could realistically send, and we'll come back with rates and terms in writing.
Would rather talk first? Message us on WhatsApp, or book a 15-minute call. We only use your details to assess the application and contact you about it.
Anyone whose audience is already trying to work out how to operate in the US.
Accountants and bookkeepers whose clients start selling into the US and suddenly need an entity, an EIN and a way to file. Agencies and consultants building stores for people who have no US presence yet. Course creators, YouTubers and community owners teaching Amazon, Shopify or freelancing, whose audience hits the same wall in week three.
And, often, existing Brio clients who keep recommending us anyway and would rather be paid for it than not.
You do not need to become a reseller, learn our pricing, or handle any of the filing. You point people at us, we do the work and look after them, and you get paid for the introduction.
Four things we have decided to be strict about.
Nobody sends us a client on a vague promise. We agree the rate and the terms with you first, in writing, so you know exactly what an introduction is worth before you make one.
This is the honest reason we don't publish a single rate. What we can offer depends on how much business you can realistically send and what kind it is. Tell us that, and we will make you an offer against it.
Referred clients get the same team, the same support and the same honesty as anyone else, including being told when they don't need a service. Your reputation is attached to this, and we know it.
You get someone at Brio to deal with directly, who can tell you what happened to the people you sent and answer questions without a support queue in between.
Deliberately light. The point is that referring should cost you almost nothing.
Send someone our way and we handle the consultation, the entity choice, the filing and everything afterwards. You are not expected to answer questions about US tax.
You are not signing away the right to work with anyone else, and there is no minimum you have to hit to stay a partner. Refer one person a year or fifty.
We form and maintain US companies. If you are the accountant, the agency or the advisor, that relationship stays yours — tell us what you handle and we will work around it.
Our entity quiz, cost calculator, state guides and guides are public and free to share, so you can answer your audience's question before anyone has bought anything.
Every person you refer can book a free 15-minute call with us before spending anything. If we think they don't need a US company at all, they will be told that.
No notice period and no penalty. If it isn't working for your audience, stop referring and nothing more is owed either way.
Because a single published number would be a lie to somebody. Set it low enough to be sustainable for occasional referrals and it insults a partner sending steady volume; set it high enough to attract them and it cannot last.
So we do it the other way round. You tell us who your audience is and what you can realistically send, we verify that, and then we make you an offer against it in writing. Bigger volume gets better terms, and you will see the exact numbers before you commit to anything.
The form on this page. It takes a couple of minutes and asks who you are, who your audience is, and roughly how much business you think you could send.
Every application is reviewed by a person, not approved automatically. We will usually come back on WhatsApp or email to understand the fit properly.
Once we have verified who you are and what you do, you get the commercial terms in writing: what you earn, when it is paid, and what counts as a referral. Nothing is agreed until you have seen it.
Send people our way and we will tell you what happened to them. As the volume grows, so do the terms — that conversation stays open.
We don't publish a figure, and that is deliberate rather than evasive. What we can offer depends on the volume and the type of business you send, so we verify who you are first and then put an offer in writing. You will see the exact numbers before you refer anyone or commit to anything.
Tell us on the form which you are. We work with both individuals and companies, and the practical details, including how you would be paid, are covered when we send you the terms.
Tell us what you handle and we will stay out of it. We are a company formation and compliance service, not an accountancy practice looking to take over your relationships. If there is an overlap, we would rather agree the boundary up front than discover it later.
The same as any Brio client. A free 15-minute call before spending anything, formation from $1 plus the state fee, and the same team afterwards for registered agent, annual reports and tax filing. Including being told when they don't need something.
Not at all, and it is usually the point. Most of the people we work with are founders outside the United States, and helping them is the thing we were built for. Where your audience lives is far less important than what they are trying to do.
Yes. There is no minimum and no target to keep. Smaller partners are welcome, the terms simply reflect the volume, and if that changes later so do the terms.
Applications are reviewed by a person. If it is a fit, you get rates and terms in writing before you refer anybody.
